• Have you been keeping up with fashion week?  My favorites so far are Rag & Bone, Honor, and Elizabeth & James.  Actually, let’s be honest, those are the only 3 I’ve looked at so far, I’m a little behind.  I blame the Oscars.
• By the way, I want a puppy.

It’s been a light posting week for me and I blame Homeland (again).  I watched the entire first season in like 5 days.  I CAN’T EVEN.  It was so good.  Anyway, here’s what else I’m loving this week:

• 12 recipes to know by heart.  This could be the handiest thing I’ve found on the interwebs.
• Gisele’s favorite workouts.  If this is what that B does to look like THAT, I’m on those workouts stat.
• This new-to-me website, DECURATE, is like an online design magazine you can shop at as well.  So neat.
• My Valentine’s Day present from Kyle last year.  Omg.  Precious.
• The fact that I saved $4 on my Nordstrom order by shipping it to my parents’ house instead of my apartment in LA.  Who knew that the sales tax was so drastically different?  Sure, it didn’t exactly ship directly to me but I’ll get it eventually.  So ma, if you see a random bra from Nordstrom show up at the house in the next few days, it’s mine.

• I know it’s a bit old but this video truly makes me smile.  Oh what I would give to prance around in stripes and sequins all while listening to Carla Bruni.  It sounds like a dream come true.  Obsessed.
• Speaking of obsessed, Kyle and I started watching Homeland on Wednesday and have already seen 5 episodes.  By the time the weekend’s over, I can imagine we’ll have watched the entire season.  IT’S THAT GOOD.  I mean, really, really good.
• Avocado chocolate pudding.  Sign me up.
• I am ALL OVER Martha Stewart’s new home office line.
• This heat proof glass tea kettle needs to be mine.

• I’m absolutely head over heels in love with the newly launched Mignon Kitchen Co., created by Rachel of Elephantine (photos above).  She’s curated a collection of quite possibly the cutest kitchen supplies a food lover could ever need.
• This J. Crew leather iPhone case needs to be mine.
• How to make homemade almond milk.  I’ve been searching the interwebs for the perfect nut milk bag (that you need to make the almond milk with) and thinking how drastically my life has changed.  Two years ago, I was looking up photos of Edward Cullen.  Today I’m searching for nut milk bags.
• Craving this roasted broccoli soup.  Yumskies.
• You guys, I’m going to be 25 years old TOMORROW.  I mean, what in the heck?  I’ve been really stressing about it lately for some reason and then just yesterday, I decided that I was going to embrace it.  What is the point of stressing?  Getting older is going to happen whether I like it or not so might as well just enjoy the ride.  Is that cheese ball?  It’s true if you think about it!

COOL.  I have the flu.  Which is especially awesome since I had a flu shot.  And even more awesome because we have a HUGE event at work coming up.  I’ve always had really great timing!  But we’re not throwing ourselves a pity party over here.  No way, sir.  We’re going to power through it and talk about our favorite things this week!

• Kate’s DIY gold clay bowls.  Making them asap.
• This DIY chalkboard serving platter – perfect for cheeses!
• Could wear this outfit everyday.
• These lentil meatballs look so yummy and healthy.
• Just ordered the second issue of Kinfolk magazine and CAN’T WAIT for it to come!

As you can tell from these instagrams, lots of winter activities going on in my life currently, i.e. crafting, knitting, tea parties, glitter nail polishing.  Love this time of year!!  Here are a few other things I’ve been loving lately:

• Quill & Fox is my new favorite thing ever.  So charming!
• I don’t know if you’ve switched over to the new Facebook layout yet but I kind of love it.  Going through my timeline has brought back so many memories!
• You probs didn’t know this but I have a real smart brother who makes iPhone/iPad apps.  He has an app called Cruisin’ and it’s now free (before it cost a whole 99 cents).  Check it out here.
• This teapot has been making the rounds on the blogs and I want it badly.
• I want to wear all of these holiday J. Crew outfits, please.

I’m heading back home for a few days to spend the holidays with my family and friends.  Can’t wait to see all of them!!  I’ll be back {on the blog} sometime next week.  Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Hanukkah. xo Janelle
